central location helpful staff great selection loud music secondary glazing earplugs request

The location was GREAT. It was very central and close to everything. The staff were helpful with directions. The breakfast had a great selection ONE morning.

I experienced really LOUD music from a nearby club. It blared until 3am. Secondary glazing in the room did not help. Earplugs provided on request didn't help either.

daily cleaning spacious shower central location helpful staff

everyday the room received cleaning, quite helpful. i especially appreciated how surprisingly spacious the shower was. the location was advantageous, close to the royal mile so all sites were easily accessible. the front desk staff was both friendly and helpful .

the water and plumbing system made noises during the night.

fantastic location friendly staff helpful staff small room limited space old towels

The location was fantastic. It was a short distance to the Royal Mile and Waverly station. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with directions.

The room was quite small, with limited space for storing clothes. The bathroom was also a bit small, including only two towels and a floor mat. The towels felt a little old (they could use an upgrade).
